Job summary

TXP is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for an on-site role in Coventry. The position focuses on managing the day-to-day movement of hardware across the UK, covering logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and coordination with field teams to ensure equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

The role combines hands-on warehousing with coordination across shipments, stock control and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or inventory coordination
• Strong stock control and inventory management experience
• Experience booking and tracking shipments
• Confident using spreadsheets and inventory systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound shipments across the UK
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying shortages or surpluses
• Coordinating deliveries to engineers and customer sites
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock reconciliations
• Booking and tracking couriers and hauliers
• Supporting import, customs and supplier liaison activities

• Assisting with warehouse process improvements
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
