TXP is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the day-to-day movement of hardware across the UK from our Coventry on-site location. This hands-on role combines logistics, inventory management, warehousing and coordination with field teams to ensure equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in supply chain or logistics, strong stock control skills, and experience booking and tracking shipments.

• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or inventory coordination.
• Strong stock control and inventory management experience.
• Experience booking and tracking shipments.

Responsabilités

• Managing inbound and outbound shipments across the UK.
• Monitoring stock levels and shortages or surpluses.
• Coordinating deliveries to engineers and customer sites.
• Maintaining inventory records and stock reconciliations.
• Booking and tracking couriers and hauliers; supporting import, customs and supplier liaison.
• Coordinating warehouse and repair technician workloads.
• Reporting on stock accuracy and KPIs.
• Assisting with warehouse process improvements.
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the day-to-day movement of hardware across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and coordination with field teams to ensure equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound shipments across the UK
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying shortages or surpluses
• Coordinating deliveries to engineers and customer sites
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock reconciliations
• Booking and tracking couriers and hauliersSupporting import, customs and supplier liaison activities
• Coordinating warehouse and repair technician workloads
• Reporting on stock accuracy and operational KPIs
• Assisting with warehouse process improvements
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or inventory coordination
• Strong stock control and inventory management experience
• Experience booking and tracking shipments
• Confident using spreadsheets and inventory systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Import/export or customs experience
• Returns, reverse logistics or repair coordination experienceExperience within technology, electronics or field service environments
