Job summary

TXP is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Coventry for an on-site, full-time contract. The role focuses on daily movement of hardware across the UK, with responsibilities spanning inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, warehousing coordination and liaison with field teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in supply chain or logistics, strong stock control, and proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or inventory coordination.
• Strong stock control and inventory management.
• Experience booking and tracking shipments.
• Confident using spreadsheets and inventory systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound shipments across the UK
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying shortages or surpluses
• Coordinating deliveries to engineers and customer sites
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock reconciliations
• Booking and tracking couriers and hauliers
• Supporting import, customs and supplier liaison activities
• Coordinating warehouse and repair technician workloads
• Reporting on stock accuracy and operational KPIs
• Assisting with warehouse process improvements
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
