Job summary

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Transaction Services Assistant to join the fast-paced, diverse Transaction Services team. You will support Retail across large, complex transactions, delivering world-class customer service and expert guidance via phone, email and in person.

The role is on-site, five days a week, focusing on deposits, enquiries, refunds, cost centre transfers, and transaction tracking while building strong relationships with colleagues and customers in a busy luxury retail

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation preferred.
• Good PC literacy, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance over phone, email and in-person to Retail Teams for transactions.
• Handle deposits, general enquiries, refunds/recharges, transaction searches and cost centre transfers.
• Ensure compliance with store policy and standard operating procedures.
