Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to lead a high-performing team overseeing all transactions through our tills and maintain brand integrity through AML compliance and governance. You will drive operational excellence, shape processes using data, and strengthen relationships with brands and stakeholders.

On site role, 5 of 7 days, focusing on delivering best-in-class service while developing talent, coaching performance, and embedding risk-aware practices in a luxury retail

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/financial services.
• Proven experience handling high-value transactions.
• Deep knowledge of AML, GDPR, KYC, sanctions and PEP screening.
