You will drive service excellence, use data to improve processes, and develop talent in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industries like banking or financial services with high‑value transactions.
• Deep knowledge of AML, GDPR, KYC, sanctions and PEP screening.
• Ability to build resilient, high‑performing teams in fast‑changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing team delivering transaction services on-site.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and brand protection through AML and related processes.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance to maintain preventive controls.
