Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Field Technician to join our EMEA deployment team. You will install, configure, and decommission audio-visual systems at client sites across Europe, ensuring installations meet the highest standards and SLAs.

The role requires frequent travel across Europe, strong hands-on skills with AV gear and cabling, and a professional, customer-focused approach. You will document work, perform testing, and provide on-site support and escalation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EOS teams to deliver AV services per SLAs.
• Communicate project updates and reports to management.
• Document hardware failures and manage break/fix and RMA requests.

The Role

As an AV Field Technician, you’ll be a key member of our EMEA deployment team, responsible for the installation, configuration, and decommissioning of audio-visual systems at client sites across the region. You’ll ensure technology is installed to the highest standards, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service in fast-paced environments. Installations will primarily take place in commercial and corporate settings.

Please note: This role requires frequent travel across Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Configure endpoints and supporting infrastructure
• Conduct room audits to ensure optimal technology performance for various meeting room sizes
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and spaces ready for use
• Identify and resolve hardware faults and system failures
• Complete post-installation assessments and documentation
• Carry out on-site user acceptance testing and software upgrades
• Act as a technical escalation point, providing solutions for ongoing issues
• Collaborate with EOS teams to deliver AV services in line with SLAs and client expectations
