Job summary

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a motivated Software & Hardware Asset Coordinator to manage equipment and software used by colleagues. You’ll learn on the job, with training and support available from the Asset Manager and Asset Lead, while keeping records accurate and helping teams with asset requests.

Based on-site at The VHQ in Crawley, you’ll engage in ordering, receiving, allocating, tracking and disposing of devices, ensuring licences are up to date and processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, software licensing or ServiceNow is helpful.
• Willingness to learn, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
• Experience with stock control, procurement or admin coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, unpack and organise technology equipment and keep stockrooms tidy.
• Coordinate the allocation, return, reuse and replacement of devices.
• Maintain accurate asset records and help users with lost or faulty equipment.
• Support software license tracking and ensure access to required software.
• Assist with purchasing, invoicing, stock checks, reporting and audits.
• Learn to use ServiceNow for managing technology records and requests.
