Job summary

Pratt & Whitney UK, based near High Wycombe, seeks a Configuration & Asset Manager for the FJCAST Programme. You will manage all data, documentation control, and assets, maintaining the project repository and running the Configuration Change Control Boards. The role is primarily home-based but requires travel for meetings.

You will lead a small team of equipment administrators, oversee Government Furnished Assets, and develop reports and dashboards to support asset governance and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with data management and document control.
• Proven ability to lead a small team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MoD contracts and IAM diploma.
• SC clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain project data, documentation, and asset records.
• Run Configuration Change Control Board activities and audits.
• Manage Government Furnished Assets (GFA) across multiple sites.
• Develop asset databases and dashboards for reporting and governance.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
