Job summary

Graphcore is seeking an Asset & Inventory Operations Coordinator to keep Bristol’s engineering and R&D infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll own asset records, reconcile inventory and manage RMAs from return to replacement.

This hands-on role will receive, label, stage and distribute hardware including servers, accelerators, networking parts, cabling and spares. You’ll track hardware throughout its lifecycle and maintain stock readiness for break-fix needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, asset management, lab operations, logistics or hardware operations.
• Confidence handling hardware including receiving, labeling, staging and stocking equipment.
• Experience using inventory, asset, CMDB, ticketing, ERP or warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining records across locations or storage areas.
• Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets for filters, pivot tables, lookup functions and reporting.
• Clear communication, sound prioritisation and a practical approach to supporting engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own asset records and reconcile inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate ordering, replenishment and RMAs from return through replacement or credit.
• Receive, label, stage and distribute hardware including servers, accelerators, networking parts, cabling and spares.
• Track hardware lifecycle and maintain stock readiness for break-fix needs.
• Produce inventory health reports, document SOPs and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Lab Operations, IT and Supply Chain to improve hardware flows.
