Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an On-Site Shift Co-Ordinator at our Atherstone parcel sorting centre. This role involves managing teams of shift workers to deliver planned staffing against demand during a busy peak.

You'll oversee workforce planning, build relationships with site management, and report on staffing levels and costs. A 24/7 operation requires flexibility and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing on-site recruitment for high-volume logistics operations.
• Proven ability to forecast staffing needs and adjust to demand.
• Strong relationship-building with client and site management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary on-site contact to align staffing with demand.
• Plan workforce shifts across a 7-day roster.
• Maintain relationships with on-site management.
• Produce staffing, performance, and cost reports.
• Attend daily client calls to report fulfilment.
• Implement rapid recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Coach on-site recruitment team and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure hours are logged and payroll deadlines are met.
