Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced On-Site Contract Manager for a high-volume parcel sorting centre in Atherstone. The role oversees delivery of temporary staff to meet seasonal demand, coordinating with client teams and the on-site recruitment group.

You will manage shifts, report on staffing and costs, and drive KPI fulfilment while ensuring payroll deadlines and accurate time capture. A proactive leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced logistics environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site recruitment management in logistics/warehousing/manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills under pressure.
• Able to learn new CRMs and recruitment tools.
• Flexible to operate in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact to balance worker demand with forecasted demand.
• Plan shifts across a 7-day profile.
• Build and maintain relationships with on-site management.
• Produce reports on staffing levels, performance and costs.
• Attend daily client calls to discuss fulfilment numbers and demand changes.
• Implement strategies to meet client demands in a fast-moving environment.
• Coach and develop the on-site recruitment team and meet KPIs.
• Ensure working hours are logged and authorised for payroll.

Location Atherstone CV9
Hours of work: 40 hours per week minimum, ranging between 0600-1800 in accordance with client demand
Rate of pay: £17.00 per hour minimum
Start date October - January 2027
Are you an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to manage high-volume staffing contracts in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for a proactive On-Site Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of high-volume parcel sorters for a seasonal peak contract based in Atherstone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the primary on-site contact for ensuring delivery and fulfilment of planned workers v forecasted demand
• Workforce planning of shifts across a 7 day profile
• Build and maintain strong relationships with on site management teams
• Producing reports on staffing levels, performance, and costs for both client and agency stakeholders
• Attendance on daily client calls to deliver fulfilment numbers, understand demand changes
• Implement strategies in a fast-moving environment to meet client demands
• Coaching and developing on-site recruitment team, working against strict KPIs and fulfilment quotas
• Ensure all processes to capture working hours are appropriately logged and authorised to meet weekly payroll deadline.
