Job Summary

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in a professional and corporate environment? We are seeking an articulate, detail-oriented Onsite Service Assistant to join our team at a prestigious client site. This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional setting where you will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting our managed print services, ensuring a seamless experience for our client. You will become part of a large team working with HP products, providing opportunities to learn from your colleagues.

What You Will Do
  • Monitor and maintain a large fleet of print devices through proactive floor-walking and remote software tools.
  • Respond to service requests, providing first-line support and completing basic hardware and software repairs (training provided).
  • Ensure all devices are clean, operational, and meeting performance standards.
  • Oversee consumable and spare part management, including ordering and replenishment.
  • Escalate technical issues to Field Engineers or the Technical Helpdesk when necessary.
  • Provide detailed reporting on device performance and service activities.

A typical working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This is onsite 5 days per week.
