Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows 11.
• Proven ability to own and deliver technical projects from planning through to completion.
• Experience with Azure or comparable cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of IT support issues from initial triage to resolution.
• Lead the support and continuous improvement of end-user computing and networking.
• Administer, optimize, and modernize the Microsoft estate.
