This role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, with responsibilities extending from troubleshooting hardware/software problems to managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support experience in a school or the education industry.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Networking experience: switches, routers, LAN/WAN, wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first and second-line IT support to staff and students.
• Troubleshoot desktop, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Support Windows 10/11 environments across multiple sites.
• Maintain school networks, wireless connectivity, and IT equipment.
• Assist with server administration and infrastructure projects.
• Build strong relationships with school stakeholders and end users.
