Untypical Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Dukeswood, Banbury. You will work on new homes sales, presenting show homes to a high standard and guiding customers through the home buying journey.

The role is permanent, 5 days a week with weekend work; you will build relationships with buyers and external parties, manage on-site admin, and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the sale of homes, preferably new homes.
• Clear and effective communication in verbal and written form.
• Good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home.

• Ensuring show homes are presented to the highest quality.
• Assisting in making the home buying process efficient.
• Build positive relationships with customers and external parties.
• Attending to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers.
