Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator in Bognor Regis to support workers and ensure client shifts run smoothly. You’ll work with supervisors and the recruitment team to welcome workers, confirm arrivals and start times, and resolve day-to-day issues on site.

This permanent, full-time role includes a structured induction, training on client operations and recruitment systems, and strong support from the local team as you develop in temporary recruitment and people

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite recruitment or workforce coordination.
• Ability to work with supervisors and recruitment teams on site.
• Good English, numeracy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome workers, check attendance and start shifts on site.
• Respond quickly to staffing gaps and arrange replacements.
• Coordinate staffing requirements with supervisors and lines.
• Organise onboarding and inductions for new starters.
• Support workers with welfare, attendance and performance.
• Assist recruitment activities: attract, screen and arrange shifts.
• Verify timesheets, payroll data and update records.
• Coordinate worker transport and manage delays.
• Identify problems and implement practical solutions with clients.
