Job summary

The Butchers Recruiter is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to manage recruitment delivery for one of our clients in the West Midlands. The role requires experience in recruitment, candidate management, stakeholder engagement, and problem solving.

The salary ranges from £33,000 to £40,000 per annum, with an OTE of £43,000 and a 45-hour week. Core hours are 10:00–19:00, with Saturday onsite work and weekend on‑call rotations to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and candidate management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workforce and shift allocations.
• Lead onboarding and induction, safety briefings, and compliance checks.
• Liaise with shift supervisors and hiring managers.
• Source candidates, conduct interviews, and run assessments.
• Process weekly timesheets and payroll supporting temporary staff.
• Generate reports on headcount, fulfilment, turnover, and time-to-hire.
• Maintain records for health and safety training and GLAA compliance.
