The Flavour Network is recruiting an Account Manager to oversee a large-scale onsite recruitment operation supporting a busy manufacturing business in Coventry. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering a reliable service, staffing requirements, and supporting the onsite team.

You'll lead client relationships, manage recruitment delivery, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment, ensuring contingency plans and continuous improvement of processes.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment account management and onsite recruitment.
• Understanding of temporary workforce recruitment and volume staffing challenges.
• Experience leading or supporting a recruitment team in a busy operational environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at different levels.
• Analytical and organisational skills to interpret performance data.
• Experience with recruitment systems, CRM platforms and reporting systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, logistics or industrial recruitment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a strong client relationship and respond to changing requirements.
• Oversee recruitment service delivery and ensure staffing needs are met.
• Manage the onsite temporary workforce lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and attendance.
• Support and direct the onsite recruitment team with priorities and performance.
• Coordinate recruitment activity to meet fluctuating labour demands.
• Review workforce data and reports to monitor performance and address gaps.
• Maintain oversight of compliance, workforce records and recruitment administration.
• Monitor KPIs such as fulfilment and turnover, and drive improvements.
• Develop contingency plans to minimise disruption to operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
