Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Production Coordinator to join our team at a client’s site in East Kilbride. This is a hands-on role managing our temporary workforce on site day to day, coordinating mornings check-ins, inductions, and workforce planning while building strong relationships with the client’s team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for workers and the client, ensuring smooth operation and accurate attendance, timesheets and PPE compliance on a busy site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within recruitment, onsite management or a production environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• The ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily attendance checks and sourcing replacements where needed.
• Meeting new starters, allocating PPE and carrying out site inductions.
• Updating attendance records, timesheets and manning schedules.
• Carrying out production floor walk-rounds to monitor PPE and compliance.
• Conducting performance reviews and maintaining training records.
