Sayjo Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Onsite Account Manager for an industrial sector site in the East Glasgow area. This is a hands-on role working with a small team to ensure staffing requirements are met and you will travel to other sites to support peers during holidays and critical meetings.

Expect to spend about 50% on the shopfloor with the workforce team focusing on performance, safety and compliance, assisting production managers with personnel issues.

Responsabilidades

• Daily briefing meetings with client’s management and supervisors.
• Source applicants alongside the team.
• Liaise with site management to ensure training, safety and compliance.
• Oversee performance results and staffing challenges.
• Conduct fulfilment and performance review meetings.
• Inductions for site safety and compliance.
• Forecast headcount and plan solutions.
• Screen and interview shortlisted candidates with the team.
• Manage basic HR tasks such as disciplinaries.
• Manage rotas and holidays.
• Maintain health and safety records.
• Support team development and training.
• Travel to other sites to cover colleagues.
