Job summary

Berkeley Living in Wembley, London, is seeking an experienced Operations professional to support day-to-day management across two properties. This hybrid role (50/50 between sites) involves working with the General Manager and centralized leasing team to ensure first-class service and strong performance.

You will help deliver operational plans, oversee on-site teams, monitor budgets, and coordinate resident experience initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance across both communities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supporting operational management in Build to Rent.
• Strong leadership and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in implementing operational plans across both Berkeley Living schemes.
• Provide visible leadership to on-site teams and foster a positive working environment.
• Coordinate with centralised teams to deliver consistent customer service and engagement.
• Monitor rent collection and support arrears processes per procedures.
• Conduct regular health, safety and compliance checks and escalate risks.
• Assist with lease renewals, viewings, move-ins and resident communications.
