Job summary

Hayley Dexis in Birmingham is seeking an Onsite Manager to run day-to-day operations at a customer site and provide dedicated support. You will attend management meetings, support customer projects, manage stock levels, and process quotes and orders in the CMS/ERP systems while reporting KPI performance.

Qualifications

• MRO industry experience is essential.
• Experience in stores management procurement preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication across levels within the organisation is required.
• Full driving licence is preferable.
• Customer-focused with high service levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations at a customer site.
• Attend management meetings and support customer projects.
• Assess stock levels, provide technical support, and process quotes and orders in the CMS/ERP systems.
• Maintain KPI reporting on OTIF, stock checks, and slow-moving items.
• Assist with on-site asset management.
