Hayley Dexis in Gloucester is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and turn technical and commercial requirements into solutions that drive business growth.

You’ll respond to enquiries, manage orders, and provide accurate quotations while representing our trade counter with walk-in customers. Prior account management experience and a background in engineering or manufacturing are preferred to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in account management or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries.
• Process orders and prepare accurate quotations.
• Upsell and add value; be the face of our trade counter for walk-in customers.
• Follow up on outstanding enquiries and build strong relationships.
