Job summary

Speedy Hire in West London is seeking an Onsite Manager to lead the onsite shop, manage the project hire and sales opportunities, and ensure delivery of a high-quality service aligned with client requirements and KPIs.

You will oversee P&L support, day-to-day operations, equipment compliance, and fast, accurate handling of customer issues, while promoting Speedy products and maintaining health and safety across the onsite facility.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience in hire industry preferred.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• Self-motivated and conscientious.
• Able to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to meet demand where appropriate.
• Adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast paced organisation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onsite shop and project hire and sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality service to meet client requirements and KPI/SLA.
• Support management of the P&L for the location.
• Oversee day-to-day running of onsite hire and sales operations.
• Manage equipment compliance levels for the client base.
• Resolve customer loss, damage and call-out charges per policy.
• Coordinate transport, deliveries and exchanges to be timely.
• Liaise with all parts of Speedy to exceed customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accuracy within Speedy operating systems.
• Develop knowledge of Speedy products and services to maximise revenue.
• Promote effective communication with the Customer, Speedy and supplier chain.
• Follow all company procedures and policies.
