Job Talent is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations on a Mon-Fri pattern in the UK. You will manage payroll processes, onboarding, and weekly client meetings, while ensuring compliance and delivery of KPIs at the site.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential. You may oversee a second site during peak seasons, with opportunities for growth within a leading AI-powered workforce platform.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and lead the on-site team.
• Coordinate staffing needs and onboarding of new starters.
• Prepare management information and run weekly client meetings.
• Close payroll weekly, manage holiday pay, and obtain PO numbers for invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal standards.
• Monitor systems for accuracy and accountability across the team.
• Track KPIs and site SLAs, and cover coordinator duties during leave.
• Oversee a second site during seasonal demand.
