Health Partners is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse for an onsite role in Warton (PR4 1AX). The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a competitive salary based on skills and experience.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including health surveillance, case management, and fitness-for-work assessments, while maintaining high professional standards and NMC registration compliance.

Formación

• Registered General Nurse or adult nursing qualification with valid driving licence.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret health screening and surveillance results.
• Solid understanding of health and safety legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a full OH/Treatment service in line with the client contract and HP protocols.
• Conduct health surveillance in line with legislation and HP guidelines.
• Assess employees presenting with health issues, provide clinical advice and treatment.
• Carry out in-person and telephone consultations and advise management.
• Issue fitness certificates after assessing fitness to work.
• Provide clinical support for first aid on site and health promotion initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records per departmental protocols and ensure NMC registration compliance.
