Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with adult nursing qualification and valid NMC registration.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency with PC and IT systems and maintaining accurate records.

Aufgaben

• Provide full OH/Treatment service in accordance with client contract and HP protocols.
• Conduct health surveillance in line with legislation and HP guidelines.
• Assess employees presenting with illness and injuries, offering clinical advice and treatment.
• Carry out face-to-face and telephone consultations for management guidance.
• Issue fitness-to-work certificates in line with HP policies.
• Support health promotion and wellbeing on site and contribute to group sessions.
