Health Partners in the UK is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to deliver a comprehensive OH service, collaborating with client staff and HP protocols. The role emphasizes clinical care, health surveillance, fitness-to-work assessments and strong communication with management and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will be an RPNU or RN with NMC registration, experience in OH, and a drive to promote workforce health and safety.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in occupational health settings is preferred.
• Ability to interpret health screening and surveillance results.
• Full UK driving license is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide a full OH/Treatment service in line with the client contract and Health Partners protocols.
• Conduct health surveillance in line with current legislation and HP guidelines.
• Assess employees presenting to Occupational Health and provide clinical advice and treatment.
• Carry out independent face-to-face and telephone consultations with management guidance.
• Assess fitness to work for specific roles and issue fitness certificates.
• Provide clinical assessment of minor illness and injuries and emergency response as required.
• Support and guide the client and multidisciplinary team; maintain records per protocols.
• Support first aid on site and health promotion activities on site.
