Job summary

Catalent, Inc. Swindon facility seeks a Materials Handler to ensure smooth material flow in production and warehouse operations. You will stage, issue and transfer materials to production schedules, operating forklifts and maintaining GMP-compliant records.

Responsibilities include receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting 5S housekeeping, and assisting with waste management. Onsite role with 2 days/2 nights/4 off shifts at Swindon location.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to drive and operate forklifts.
• Ability to use manual handling and lifting equipment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Stage and supply materials to production lines per schedule (manufacturing).
• Receive, issue, return and book materials in the stock system.
• Move raw materials, packaging components and finished goods between areas.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and audit-ready documentation (5S).
• Support waste management and goods receipt activities; assist with offloads.
