Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities administration or building maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate or handle maintenance issues with contractors.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with CBRE to arrange maintenance callouts and site visits.
• Communicate regularly with CBRE via email and telephone.
• Conduct onsite checks to identify and assess maintenance issues.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance and facilities requirements.
• Coordinate waste collection and general facilities duties as required.
