The Recruitment Crowd is recruiting for an Onsite Logistics Consultant in Barnsley. You will manage the day-to-day onsite operation, work closely with the client to meet staffing needs and ensure compliance, delivering a high standard of service across the site.

The role requires strong communication, organisational and customer service skills, plus a willingness to train and develop within a fast-paced logistics environment. Full UK driving licence is preferred.

• Supporting driver engagement and retention.
• Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Recruiting new drivers to maintain healthy workforce levels.
• Updating internal systems and producing reports where required.
• Working towards KPIs and service level agreements.

Onsite Logistics Consultant

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for an Onsite Logistics Consultant to join our growing Transport & Logistics division.

Location: Barnsley, S74

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment businesses, managing the day-to-day running of a busy onsite logistics operation.

You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with both our client and workforce, ensuring staffing levels are met, maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day onsite operation.

• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
