DXC Technology is seeking a Linux System Administrator for a fully onsite role at a client location in the United Kingdom. The position requires five days per week onsite, with no hybrid or remote options.

You will join a skilled team to maintain enterprise Linux infrastructure, perform patching and upgrades, and drive improvements while ensuring security and service reliability. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience administering Linux environments (RHEL/Ubuntu/Debian/SUSE).
• On-site role requires five days a week onsite.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support for incidents and requests.
• Administer and maintain enterprise Linux environments.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity.
• Patch, upgrade, and maintain systems.
• Troubleshoot OS and infrastructure issues.
• Document procedures and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive improvements.
