Job summary

DXC Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a Network Delivery Lead to own end-to-end network delivery for a major account, onsite in Farnborough five days a week. You will work with architecture, engineering and operations to deliver on strategic initiatives and ensure service reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Network Delivery and Operational Support in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and security functions to CCNP level.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network delivery, planning and support for the account.
• Maintain understanding of customer strategic initiatives and technology roadmap.
• Liaise with Architecture/Engineering and Operations to manage delivery across the account.
• Provide leadership on high severity network incident resolutions and communications.
• Track network availability, utilisation and performance with continuous improvement.
• Drive network delivery governance, risk management and ITIL processes.
• Support skills management, financials, procurement and vendor liaison.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on performance and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through processes and automation.
