Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join the Leicester HQ. You will handle reservations via phone and email, assist customers during the rental journey, and provide post-rental support while following Europcar’s policies and procedures.

The role requires strong IT skills and excellent communication. The position is full-time, on site in Leicester, with a 40-hour workweek and benefits including holiday entitlement, pension, life insurance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office and Google packages.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations by phone or email across multiple applications.
• Provide live rental assistance and post-rental support.
• Offer technical support where needed and ensure service levels are met.
