Qualifications

• Familiar with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Able to set up equipment and documents following procedures.
• Troubleshooting printers and replacing toners.
• Troubleshoot software issues.
• Troubleshoot users and IT support queries.
• Familiarity with network environments.
• Willing to travel around site and work away from a desk.
• Maintain level-headedness and think clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities
