We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Onsite IT Support Technician to join our 2nd Level Support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IT support experience who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and developing their technical skills within a large and diverse organisation.
As part of our onsite support team, you'll provide technical assistance across desktop support, user equipment provisioning, and meeting room technology. Experience supporting meeting room technology, audiovisual equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Intune, Configuration Manager or similar device management tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
