Reed Technology is seeking an onsite IT All Rounder to provide day-to-day IT support, manage internal business systems and work on IT projects with an MSP. The role sits between the business and MSP, driving improvements and automation across systems.

You will support IT assets, deliver user training, and help shape future technology initiatives across the organisation, with responsibility for ERP/CRM-related enhancements and digital transformation efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide broad IT systems support across the business.

• Troubleshoot software and system issues across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain an accurate IT asset register and lifecycle management.
• Assist in Zendesk Co-Pilot deployment, integrations, automation workflows and help center content.
• Gather requirements and support future CRM/ERP tool selections.
• Contribute to ERP system development and cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and system integration.
• Analyse business processes, data flows and reporting for improvements.
• Produce reports and management information for decision-making.
• Deliver user training and create supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers and technology partners on system improvements.

Onsite IT support - IT All Rounder - Systems Support

Location: Onsite in Hungerford, due to the location you need to drive

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on IT candidate to join our growing team.

The IT is outsourced to an MSP; this role will sit between the business and the MSP. You will offer day to day IT support to users, look after internal business systems and work on IT projects alongside the MSP.

This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working across both technology and business functions, taking ownership of projects and driving continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing business systems, improving processes through automation, delivering user training, and helping to shape future technology initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide broad IT systems support and coordination across the business.
• Maintain and enhance internal IT systems.
• Support hardware technology including printers, scanners
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and system issues across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain an accurate IT asset register, ensuring effective hardware lifecycle management.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of Zendesk Co-Pilot, including system integrations, automation workflows, training materials and help centre content.
• Assist in the development of new business tools and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Gather requirements and support the future selection and implementation of a CRM solution.
• Contribute to ERP system development and enhancement projects across multiple business functions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and system integration.
• Analyse business processes, data flows and reporting requirements to drive operational improvements.
• Produce reports and management information to support business decision-making.
• Deliver user training and create supporting documentation for new and existing systems.
• Work with third‑party suppliers and technology partners to deliver system improvements and projects.
• Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the business.
