Reed is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to stabilise day-to-day operations and drive meaningful improvements within a growing organisation.

You can work from home 3 days a week, balancing hands-on IT support with transformation initiatives and close collaboration with the Head of Technology.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT operations and support.
• Strong track record in process improvement and service optimisation.
• Experience managing third‑party suppliers and outsourced providers.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, review and implement process improvements across the IT estate.
• Manage and develop the relationship with the Managed Service Provider, ensuring high levels of service delivery
• Review and enhance starter, mover and leaver processes
• Improve site visit procedures and on‑site support services
• Drive efficiency initiatives and automation opportunities to streamline business processes
• Support the delivery of operational and strategic technology projects
• Act as a trusted deputy to the Head of Technology, helping reduce operational pressure and improve overall service effectiveness

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Operations & Technology candidate to play a key role in supporting and enhancing our technology function.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact. Working closely with the Head of Technology, you will help stabilise day-to-day operations, improve processes, manage third-party suppliers, and deliver practical technology improvements across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be hands‑on, solutions‑focused, and comfortable working across both operational support and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
