Job summary

Searchability in Birkenhead is seeking an experienced Technical Support / Infrastructure Administrator to own both user support and the wider IT infrastructure. This role covers Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Windows Server and Hyper‑V with involvement in projects and improvements across the environment.

The position is on-site five days a week in Birkenhead, offering a salary up to £40,000 DOE and the chance to work across a mixed BAU and project workload within a professional services

Qualifications

• Experience providing day-to-day technical support to users
• Management and maintenance of server, cloud and virtual infrastructure
• Involvement in projects and improvements across the environment
• Experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Windows Server and Hyper‑V, plus networking, security, backups and DR

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users.
