Job summary

XMA is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst to join our Leeds-based team. You will manage delivery, setup and deployment of IT devices, ensuring items reach users ready to go and are properly logged and supported.

You will play a key role in asset management and day-to-day IT administration, while assisting end users with queries. The role emphasises reliability, organisation and a proactive customer-focused approach, with regular travel across multiple onsite locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or moving equipment, ideally in IT/tech environments.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate administration.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting IT devices across multiple onsite locations.
• Preparing devices for deployment and completing builds when required.
• Installing and setting up equipment for end users.
• Providing a friendly, professional handover experience.
• Receiving and organising incoming IT equipment.
• Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries and returns.
• Ensuring IT assets are logged, stored and tracked.
• Supporting quarterly inventory counts and asset reconciliation.
• Keeping the workshop organised and maintained to a high standard.
• Updating ITSM systems with delivery statuses and interactions.
• Responding to end-user queries about device delivery and setup.
