Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join the Health, Safety and Environment team at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater. You will protect personnel and the environment while ensuring compliance with nuclear industry standards.

Based on site, you will lead risk assessments, support regulatory interactions, deliver HSE training, and drive continuous improvement across operations. This role requires NEBOSH and strong communication skills; involvement in incident investigations and

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HSE processes and procedures.
• On-site experience in maintenance/manufacturing/fabrication and lifting operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise management to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Support regulatory interactions during inspections, audits and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments for radiological, chemical, biological and conventional hazards.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and induction programs.
• Manage investigations into incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE records and contribute to emergency planning and drills.
