Loom Talent are partnering with a growing logistics business to recruit a Junior HR Business Partner to support key operational sites across the Midlands. This is an onsite role offering exposure to senior leaders and a clear path to develop your HR career within a fast-paced environment.

Based at sites in Leicestershire/Warwickshire, you will build relationships with managers, coach teams, handle employee relations, and help with workforce planning, onboarding and data analysis to drive

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience supporting operational teams.
• Good understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Proactive, resilient and hands-on approach.
• CIPD qualification advantageous but practical HR experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to sites, partnering with Site GM and leadership.
• Coach managers and develop a positive, high-performing culture.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding and engagement initiatives.
• Produce and analyse people data to inform operational decisions.
