Job summary

Morva Recruitment Ltd. is partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract to be based on site.

The successful candidate will balance operational HR delivery with people management and stakeholder engagement across the HR function, providing day-to-day support and guidance to an established HR team during a critical cover period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Business Partner or senior generalist HR role.
• Experience leading an HR team and managing workloads.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge with complex employee-relations handling.
• Ability to manage escalations and make commercially aware decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the HR team with clear direction and daily guidance.
• Allocate workloads and prioritise across the team.
• Support development and upskill team members and share best practices.
• Handle complex employee-relations cases and provide practical HR advice.
• Engage with Senior Leadership Team as a key point of contact.
