Job summary

Parkside Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to support a busy operations team in a UK food manufacturing environment in Southall. This hands-on, on-site role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years’ HR experience in manufacturing or production, strong English (Hindi helpful) and good knowledge of UK HR processes and employment law. 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, permanent role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ practical HR experience in a UK manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience supporting shop-floor or operational employees.
• Good knowledge of UK HR processes and employment legislation.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.
• Right to Work checks and HR compliance experience.

• Contracts, personnel records and HR documentation.
