Parkside Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to support a busy operations team in a UK food manufacturing environment in Southall. This hands-on, on-site role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years’ HR experience in manufacturing or production, strong English (Hindi helpful) and good knowledge of UK HR processes and employment law. 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, permanent role.

Are you an HR professional with hands‑on experience in UK food manufacturing, FMCG production or a factory environment?

We’re looking for a practical, organised HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to support a busy operational workforce within a growing food manufacturing business.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years’ practical HR experience in a UK manufacturing or production environment
• Experience supporting shop‑floor or operational employees
• Good knowledge of UK HR processes and employment legislation
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration
• Right to Work checks and HR compliance experience
• Fluent English and Hindi to support effective workforce communication; Gujarati, Punjabi or another relevant language is advantageous
• Strong Excel, reporting and administration skills
• CIPD Level 3 or working towards it is advantageous

The role will involve:
