Job summary

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is seeking a confident HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This on-site, Monday–Friday role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact on employee relations and engagement.

You will manage employee relations cases, lead on-site recruitment, drive engagement and wellbeing, and coach line managers while partnering with unions and senior managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end employee relations, handling day-to-day and complex cases.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels, including with unions.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases and provide support on site.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment on the manufacturing site.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Coach line managers and support various on-site projects.
• Partner with unions and senior managers to drive improvements.
