Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. seeks an Implementation Specialist (Field Engineer) within the Professional Services team to deliver complex customer installations, on-site fault diagnosis, repairs, and bespoke training. The role reports to the Head of Implementation for North Europe & Africa.

You will gather customer requirements, develop statements of work, and collaborate with product and training teams to meet customer needs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in the automotive industry with bespoke installations.
• Experience in fleet or automotive markets, able to design value solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence and Office365.

Responsibilities

• Support pre and post sales by recommending best practice Fleet Solutions.
• Communicate clearly with business and technical contacts.
• Gather customer requirements to deliver thorough implementation.
• Develop the Statement of Work based on requirements.
• Collaborate with product and training teams to deliver requirements and align with the broader Solera team.
• Configure the platform based on customer requirements.
• Deliver PBET training to customers.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair when needed.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timelines.
• Align roadmap with revenue expectations through cross-functional collaboration.
