Zusammenfassung

The Oil & Pipelines Agency seeks an EHS Advisor to be based onsite at Finnart OFD, Helensburgh, supporting COMAH compliance and HSSE across site and projects. You will audit, advise, and assist in risk management, incident investigations and EMS/SMS implementation with ISO standards.

Ideally an engineering graduate with NEBOSH, 2+ years’ experience in a COMAH environment, capable of independent and collaborative work, and able to engage with regulators and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Preferably an Engineering graduate holding NEBOSH qualifications, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health and safety role within a COMAH regulated environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide HSSE advice on technical, occupational HSE and process safety (with support of HSSEQ team).
• Support CDM implementation and management, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support site initiatives and projects for safety and effectiveness through legislative compliance; identify and manage risk factors and ALARP for COMAH sites.
• Support management in implementing SMS/EMS per ISO 45001, 14001 and organisational systems.
• Provide regular HSSE performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in selecting improved safety measures/barriers for engineering changes to assets managed by OPA.
