You will maintain the project’s SharePoint environment, control documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Qualifications
Previous experience in a site-based administrative or document control role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent organisational skills in a site environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop relationships with project teams and external stakeholders.
Full driving licence.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the project’s SharePoint environment.
Control and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Support initial project setup and contribute to the Project Management System.
Schedule meetings and compile reports.
Develop and maintain a structured filing and archiving process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
Maintain site records including weekly progress reporting.
Assist the Health & Safety team with audits.
Coordinate with document control and site administration teams.
Help improve document management processes.
